Milk: To drink or not to drink?

Some tips from Cadence Health
Milk is a common issue in the minds of many parents, but like most things in life balance is important. Excess calcium from milk can interfere with iron, milk can quickly fill tiny tummies then displace proper meals (often important in fussy eating), and the milk sugars may influence tooth decay. So here is a quick tip sheet for your staff and parents on milk, how much and the options if a child won't drink milk.

A Quick Tip:
Milk is a great source of calcium but in excess it can cause problems with appetite, fussy eating, iron absorption and tooth decay. If your child eats other calcium-rich foods such as cheese and yoghurt, they generally only require 1 - 2 cups of milk a day at the most.

  1. Today, I went to the beach front with my children.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to
her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.

She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic
but I had to tell someone!

long) so I guess I'll just sum it up what I had written and say, I'm thoroughly
enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog blogger but I'm still new to everything. Do you have any recommendations for novice blog writers? I'd
    genuinely appreciate it.

  10. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something which I think I would never understand.
It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me.
I'm looking forward for your next post, I'll try to get the hang of it!
