TEDDY BEAR'S PICNIC

WHEN:  Tuesday 20th October
WHERE: Toddlers & Preschool Rooms

It's a day full of bears in the Toddler and Preschool Rooms, so make sure you all bring one teddy bear with your name on it for the day to show and share with your friends and teachers.
We will also be having a large feast with our friendly teddies so please bring a small plate of healthy food to share with us.  Please remember that we have a few children with allergies,  any queries please see the teachers in each room.  ALL FOOD MUST BE NUT FREE. 

Nursery News

Farewell to Alexander on his last day in the Toddler Room (9th October). We hope you have had fun and we are all going to miss you lots. All the best for the future for you and your family.
It has been a fun and busy week in the Toddler Room, despite the weather for the week. The children have been doing lots of various activities such as painting, climbing, jumping, reading, dancing, building and dramatic play. We have found time to go outside for runs and some fresh air and we all enjoyed the weather while it lasted. The Toddlers have had a great week and we are looking forward to the next week for some more fun and excitement.

Nursery spaces

Dear parents

Preschool news

We welcome two new friends to Preschool this week.  Sacha is coming up from Toddlers and Paige (teacher who has recently been covering Marama as our centre cook) will be replacing Shaina.

We are having fun preparing for our October 16 Trip to the Sky Tower.  There is much excitement in the air as we draw pictures, do facepaints and chat about the Auckland icon we can see from our window.

Sky Tower Trip - Preschool

The Preschoolers (only those booked in on a Friday) will be going on a trip to the Sky Tower on Friday, the 16th of October.  The children take a great interest in the Sky Tower, as it can be seen clearly from the Preschool Room.  They are often seen drawing pictures or constructing the Sky Tower.  The cost of the trip is $ 6.50, which will be deducted from your special account.  If you do not belong to this account you will need to pay cash prior to the day.  All children need to be at the centre by 8.45 at the lastest.  We will  be leaving at 9.20 a.m. and returning at approximately midday.
