Transport in the Toddlers

Today, the Toddlers have shown an interest in our monthly focus of transport. As children arrived in the morning, they were able to enjoy some quiet time at the puzzle table learning about all the different types of vehicles. Patrick and Thomas laughed and giggled as they found fire engines, trucks and police cars. At the art table Cristian, Max, Elliot, Bella, David and Ava enjoyed driving cars across their paint and paper making colourful tyre tracks.
Roman arrived and showed his friends his bright, lime green lamborghini car that he had brought in to show everyone this morning.
At mat time Melissa sang us the book, "Down by the Station." We sang about trucks, buses, tractors, taxi cabs, trains and fire engines. Then as a special treat Imogen sang, "Twinkle Twinkle Traffic Light" to us. Thank you very much, Imogen.
After morning tea we were allowed to ride the bikes. What a busy and exciting morning.

Red mean stop, green means go, orange means go but very slow.
