On Thursday the 31 of March some of the firemen from the Ponsonby Fire Department kindly visited Bayfield! All the children had a great time learning about fire safety and seeing a fireman dressed up as if he had to enter a real fire. However, the most excitement came when the children each had a turn at holding the fire hose and spraying water all over the fire engine and the car park.
